Do you ever wake up with your face a little more puffy than usual? This usually happens a night after some cocktails or when you just don’t get enough sleep. I have found a way to attack this annoying puffiness, a combination of cool temperatures, an ice roller or both.
Cold Pressed Ice Mask:
I really enjoy putting a nice cool compress on my skin. Using a cold pressed ice mask really helps with under eye puffiness. Pop this mask in your freezer for 5-10 minutes then gently apply it to your face and let it rest for 15 minutes. The cooling sensation feels amazing and your puffiness will be reduced.

Ice Roller:
This is by far is my favorite trick. An ice roller is a little device you use by rolling it all over your face in a back and forth motion. The device is used chilled and trust me, it totally reduces the appearance of redness and brings down any swelling or puffiness. This tool is amazing and fun to use. It seriously reduces the look of fatigue, puffiness, and redness on the face. Perfect for using on the face and neck and it creates a lifting effect while it calms your skin with its coolness.

Pop your Under-eye Patches in the Fridge:
I love using under eye patches, they are the perfect skin pick me up in the morning. I’m always raving about the Peter Thomas Roth Cucumber Eye patches, these are my current favorites. I love putting these patches in the freezer for 5-15 minutes before putting them under my eyes, it feels like they are doing double the work. The cooling effect is the perfect thing for your under eye puffiness and then the eye patches are already helping with dark circles, wrinkles and an overall better appearance of my skin. Love this trick.
