Here’s Why Huda Beauty’s Baking Powder is The Best Thing For Dark Circles

Huda Beauty Baking Powder

Under eye circles are tricky, if you don’t conceal correctly and apply a good powder they will find a way to creep through your makeup. I love using banana color powders for the under eye area because they make dark circles less visible. Huda Beauty Baking Powder was on my wish list and after making a stop at Sephora I decided to pick it up. Sorting through the colors I couldn’t decided between blondie, banana bread and kunafa. I went with Kunafa which seemed like the deepest yellow vs. banana which seemed much lighter.

The color Kunafa is more on the yellow side but not bright enough. Since I couldn’t return the product I picked up a contouring dupe by Wet n Wild and began using it with the Huda Beauty Baking Powder to get the right amount of brightness and coverage.

For dark circles I use a yellow toned concealer like the L.A. Girl concealer in Yellow Corrector. This highlights my under eye area while brightening and making the circles less visible. I then bake with the Huda Beauty Baking Powder for a couple of minutes. Then I wipe the product off and dust on a bit of the Wet n Wild Megaglow contouring kit in Caramel Tofee. This provides a nice yellow base tone for my skin and brightens the area. I love the Huda beauty yellow baking powder, is a great consistency and helps make the area look flawless. If your have really dark circles or hollow circles I definitely recommend a banana toned baking powder to help with concealing the area.
