I’ts easy to copy your salon’s pricey blowout at home and achieve the same long lasting look. Switching to an at home blowout can save you tons of money in the long run. Think about it, a weekly charge of $30-$45 per blowout can add up to tons of money at the end of the year. If you’re someone who loves getting weekly blowouts you understand that sometimes you just want to get the same look from the comfort of your home. Bianca @beautybybda shares her step by step at home blowout routine and the products she uses. The end result is silky hair with lots of volume. This girl sure has gorgeous healthy hair. I’m definitely taking notes on all the products she uses as well as her technique.
Step by Step At Home Blowout
- Use a deep conditioning mask (Briogeo Don’t Despair Mask)
- Use a heat protectant creme (Briogeo Heat Protectant Creme)
- Dry your hair first (remove any of the excess of moisture before your begin drying hair) this will make it faster and easier.
- Blow dry your hair in sections (use maximum temperature, polish those ends in circular motions, then change the temperature to cold for the perfect finish).
- Apply dry shampoo once you reach half of your head (this will give you even more volume). If your scalp and hair are super dry you can skip this step.
- Continue blowing out your hair vertically until you reach the top area, then blow the top area horizontally to prevent fly away hairs.
